Hi, I’m Lauren, a mum of 2 boys and I’ve been a coach for the past 10 years.
By following the three-step Shape Up process, I managed to lose the 10kg post-pregancy weight and have since maintained my weight with ease.

Do I need to be a member of a gym to join the Shape Up programme?
No, the Shape Up programme can be done at home or in the gym (or even a mix of both)
I can only workout 1-2x per week because of my schedule, will the programme still work for me?
Yes! You can still achieve amazing results from only working out 1-2x per week.
I am a complete beginner and would like to start using the gym, will this program be suitable for me?
Yes! As everything is personalised to you, I am able to make up beginner workout plans which will gradually get more challenging as you progress in the gym.
